Weekly exercise balance

  • 2-3 higher-intensity sessions
  • 2-3 moderate sessions
  • At least 1 lower-load recovery day

Watch for overload signs

  • Lingering stiffness
  • Reduced enthusiasm next day
  • Irritability or poor recovery

Log intensity and next-day response to tune workload safely.
